Can you believe Christmas is only a few weeks away? That’s right folks, it’s time to get holiday ready. Don’t cover your eyes like that monkey emoji…it’s okay, it’s snuck up on me too. But don’t worry, I’ve got you. While we don’t host a lot of guests, we still make a full-on feast for the kids. The ham, the turkey, potatoes, green bean casserole, and don’t forget the desserts. The whole kit and kaboodle will be on my dining room table. That’s why today I’m sharing some of my favorite holiday decor items perfect for entertaining.
When it comes to getting the table decor holiday ready, I rely on what I have but like to add in a few extra pieces that make it shine. This year, I chose to add these buffalo check napkins and this faux marble dinnerware.
The pink chairs make decorating with the traditional red and green difficult, so I tend to lean towards metallics. While designing the kitchen, I played with mixed metals for that added sparkle. I followed suit with these chargers and this gold silverware when it came to decorating the table.
Here are a few of my absolute favorites when it comes to getting your table holiday ready.
You can shop them all here.
Did you spy that modern globe chandelier? It really looks similar to the one in my dining room, doesn’t it? The best part is that it’s a fraction of the cost. Hummena hummena hummena!
And if you think that is similar, then you really need to check out this bar cart. Holy Hannah! If you’ve been coveting mine, go…right now…get this bad boy in your cart. IT’S ONLY $60! I’ve been saying this since March, Walmart’s home decor is lit! Here’s mine for comparison’s sake. See it hiding between the windows? A spitting image, am I right?
Last but not least, I’ve searched high and low for chairs similar to mine, and these are the closest I could find. They aren’t perfect, but they are cantilevered, brass and beige / blush color beauties. What do you think?
